**For a la carte customers**
Priority for advance reservations is given to customers using the course menu, and reservations will only be accepted from 12:00 the day before your visit. The menu includes only light appetizers and snacks, so if you would like to enjoy a full meal, please make a reservation for the dinner course.
Please check the below carefully before you make a reservation.

▼ We do not allow younger children under the age of 12 for dinner at Kitchen.
▼ No of Guests On-line booking is available for up to 16 people. If your group is 17 people or larger, we only accommodate as an exclusive booking. Please contact us via the inquiry form on our HP. (Maximum 32pax)
▼. Cancellation Policy Less than 24 hours prior to the booking – 100% (incl. reducing the no. of guests)
*Cancellation can be made via the URL on the booking confirmation email. If you need to change the no. of pax or booking date/time, please email or call us.
*If the cancellation is caused by unforeseen circumstances such as flight cancellations or natural disasters, we may waive the penalty if you can contact us by 10 am on the booking day. Please note that cancellation fee will be applied for physical conditions, injuries, or other accidents.
▼ BYO Policy We do NOT allow guests to bring their own wines.
▼ Time Restrictions The table can be reserved for maximum of 2 hours from the booking time. We may ask you to vacate the table after this time if we have another booking at the same table.
If you do not show up within the first 20 minutes of booking without notice, we may release your booking as a no-show. Therefore, we do not recommend booking if you have any concern being late on your arrival. If you are late due to unforeseen circumstances, please call us immediately.
We will announce about the winter schedule by the end of August 2025.
