This is a highly satisfying course that features a collection of popular izakaya menu items. Edamame, fried bean curd, and fluffy dashimaki egg are just a few of the dishes that are sure to be enjoyed by everyone!
An 8-course menu that can be easily enjoyed. Dishes that go well with sake, such as fresh sesame kanpachi, seared vinegared mackerel, and homemade fried chicken, are available. The main dish is mizutaki nabe, a hot pot of chicken stew infused with the flavor of jidori (local chicken). The rich broth warms the body, and the final dish of udon and zosui (rice porridge) is also very satisfying. The dish is finished off with dessert, making it a reasonably priced yet substantial meal.
From appetizers to desserts, a total of 8 dishes are available, satisfying both in volume and taste. The mouthwatering dishes include a crispy choregi salad, Kyushu's famous Miyazaki chicken nanban, and fluffy mentaiko dashimaki tamago. The main course is a choice of nabe. This is a Japanese course that carefully incorporates a little bit of the season's delicacies.
