Tazawako Beer Brewery Restaurant

Since the opening of Lake Tazawa Beer, this popular menu item has been loved by many customers. We slowly braise the inner thigh of Wagyu beef with beer for a full two days. The beer used is 'Alt', which won the title of best in the world at the World Beer Awards 2011 and received a gold medal at the International Beer Competition 2011. Enjoy the rich sauce and tender meat along with the 'Award-Winning Beer'.
