You can see the process of straw burning and charcoal grilling, which keeps you excited throughout the meal. I particularly enjoy the salted bonito tataki and charcoal-grilled local chicken; their aroma and texture are irresistible. The sashimi is very fresh, and the grilled chicken skewers have large pieces that are satisfying to eat. The shrimp in the shrimp mayo is surprisingly large, bringing happiness with every bite. The interior of the restaurant is clean, and the staff is cheerful, providing pleasant service. You can enjoy the live cooking atmosphere from the counter, which makes you want to order various dishes.
