The interior of the renovated traditional house has high ceilings and feels very spacious. You can see the artisan-like owner happily cooking while looking at the open kitchen from the counter, which is exciting. The daily menu feels like it has been crafted with care, and the rice, especially cooked fluffy in a clay pot, is a delight even in its aroma. There are many fun and unusual combinations of drinks, including sour drinks with a hint of sansho pepper and soft drinks. The selection of wines is also abundant, allowing you to slowly enjoy the pairing with the dishes. Each piece of tableware shows attention to detail, and by the time I finished eating, my heart felt warm.
