Fukui Kokuryu Sake Brewery, Sake Degree +3.5, luxuriously brewed with carefully selected Gohyakumangoku rice from Fukui Prefecture, this Junmai Ginjo sake has a deep richness with a harmony of aroma and flavor that brings out the inherent deliciousness of the rice.
Yamagata Tatenokawa Sake Brewery Sake Degree -2 Soft and refreshing fruity aroma and the umami of rice can be felt.
