A casual place to enjoy authentic steak

Kogawa is a beloved steakhouse that is easily accessible from my home and continues to be cherished by the local community. With a menu centered around premium black wagyu beef, diners can choose from various cuts and cooking levels, making it a paradise for meat lovers. The steaks, carefully grilled by the owner right in front of you, are tender and juicy, satisfying your appetite in any setting. You can enjoy a blissful moment that fills both your stomach and your heart.

The style of cooking right in front of you is very skillful, and it makes the wait exciting. There are courses that include only meat and those that include both meat and seafood, and the seafood teppanyaki is very delicious with a garlic-flavored sauce. You can choose from black wagyu beef, domestic beef, filet, ribeye, and more, and you can request your preferred level of doneness. The flambé performance is also a nice touch, and I appreciate that they consider the timing for taking photos. The accompanying vegetables and millet gluten are fragrant and pair well simply with salt and pepper. The tender filet is incredibly flavorful even when cooked medium-rare or rare, allowing you to enjoy a happy mood until the very end.
