This BBQ course uses A5 rank Shinshu premium wagyu beef and Tsunan pork from Niigata♪ The BBQ using meat from two brands goes excellently with alcohol and craft drinks! The meat is beautifully marbled with fat and marbling, making it tender and very delicious♪ Additionally, the seafood uses fresh seafood directly from the market! The seafood is extremely popular with children♪ Please enjoy♪ *Reservations in combination with other BBQ courses are possible. *The price of this course is for one adult. Reservations are accepted for 2 or more people. *For elementary school children and younger, we can provide half the amount of this course for half the price. This course allows you to enjoy deer and wild boar BBQ in the great outdoors! Our unique flavors, using spices and herbs, will surely delight you. As these animals are raised in the wild, some customers may have the image of a unique gamey smell, but at our restaurant, we use herbs and spices in advance to remove the smell and prepare the meat tenderly for a delicious dining experience. It's also wonderful to enjoy the breathtaking view, our original drinks, and desserts together. *Reservations in combination with other BBQ courses are possible. *The price of this course is for one adult. Our most popular craft lemonade is made by extracting the flavor of lemons and combining it with spices! Also, we sweeten the sour lemons during the creation process, so you can enjoy the lemons after finishing the drink. It can be enjoyed not only with our original sweets but also with curry, allowing you to feel the harmony between the spiciness of the curry and the sweetness of the drink.
