There is a counter and a tatami room, allowing for a relaxing atmosphere. The freshness of the fish is excellent, especially the horse mackerel and sardines, which have a clear aroma and a strong umami flavor. The flesh of the sea bream has a pleasant elasticity, providing a high level of satisfaction with the sushi. The steamed dishes with a rich dashi and the soups made from fish bones are well-balanced and comforting. A dish featuring the live flatfish paired with sea urchin and served with liver soy sauce brings a smile to your face. The warm hospitality from the proprietress and the head chef is also pleasant, making conversations at the counter enjoyable.
