Butaiichimon

Buta Ichimon is a tonkatsu specialty restaurant rooted in the rich pork culture of Ibaraki. The crispy coating and juicy meat create a perfect balance, allowing you to savor the umami that spreads in your mouth. While primarily focused on fried dishes, it offers a diverse range of pork dishes that make you want to visit again and again. The fresh cabbage and house-made dressing are also delicious, and once you visit, you'll be drawn in by its charm.
