Experience Freshness Directly from the Fishing Port at Our Seafood Robatayaki

Uogensen Minato Store, operated by a fish broker from Maizuru Fishing Port, is a seafood restaurant where you can enjoy fresh seafood delivered directly from the port in a variety of styles, including sashimi and grilled dishes. The spacious and clean interior features convenient touch panel ordering and self-service tea, allowing guests to enjoy their meals in a relaxed atmosphere. In addition to the fragrant grilled shellfish and assorted sashimi, playful dishes like seafood pizza are also popular. The restaurant boasts an extensive selection of sake from northern Kyoto, which is highly praised for its excellent pairing with seafood.

The interior is clean and spacious, making it comfortable. Orders can be placed on the screen, and you can help yourself to water and tea, which is relaxing. The grilling style at the table is fun, and the staff kindly teaches you how to grill and eat. The grilled nodoguro and squid were fresh and flavorful, and the turban shell, oysters, scallops, and shrimp were also very satisfying. In addition to the sashimi platter, seafood rice bowl, and tai kamameshi, the pizza with plenty of toppings was delicious. The food is served quickly, allowing for a relaxed dining experience, and there are many menu items that pair well with alcohol, which is also a plus.
