The gates and buildings have an old charm that makes you excited the moment you enter. The staff in kimonos greet you warmly, and their friendly yet respectful service is very pleasant. From the second-floor tatami room, you can view the lanterns, making you feel like you are having a special experience. The meal is beautifully arranged with appetizers and dishes characteristic of Akita, which pair well with the sake. The bonito sashimi, soup, Inaniwa udon, and pickles are served at just the right timing, and all have a deliciously easy-to-eat flavor. The entertainment includes a performance by a maiko, making it a memorable moment.
