It is just a moment away from Hisaya Odori Station, and the stylish and calming atmosphere is conveyed as soon as you enter. The 'gyuza' made with beef is the signature dish, and the flavor of the meat spreads in your mouth with just one bite, which is the best. You can choose from various cooking methods such as grilled, steamed, and fried, and there are many variations for toppings. Personally, I find the grilled gyuza particularly fragrant, and I want to eat as many as I can. Toppings like mentaiko mayo, cheese, and ankake are also fun and can be chosen based on your mood. In addition to gyuza, there are beef bone ramen, miso beef minced rice, and fried offal, making it easy to use for both meals and drinking occasions.

This shop is located right next to Hisaya Odori Station, on the first floor of a yakiniku restaurant. The interior has a natural atmosphere with vibrant greenery, making it very stylish. The gyoza on the sign is made with 100% domestic beef, allowing you to fully appreciate the flavor of the meat. There are various cooking methods available, including grilled, steamed, fried, and soups, and you can choose whether or not to include garlic. The sauces include Haccho miso chili oil and vinegar with pepper, which allows for customizable flavors. The menu offers a range of snacks as well as rice and noodles for a satisfying finish, making it convenient for girls' nights out or drinking parties.
