Our 'Chicken Sashimi' is not served raw but is provided through thorough quality control, temperature management within ±0.2°, and time management to the second for low-temperature cooking. This low-temperature cooking preserves the original texture and flavor of the chicken, allowing you to enjoy it with peace of mind.
A rare part that can only be obtained from a very small number of chickens. It has less of a strong flavor than regular liver, and its richness and sweetness are appealing, similar to foie gras.
