Please make a reservation by phone. This course is served in the tatami room on the second floor and consists of a platter to be shared. Drinks are served separately, so you can order your favorite beverages. For example, we have a wide selection of Ebisu draft beer and local sake "Kimasa" from a local brewery. We also have a wide selection of sweet potato shochu, a special brand of shochu. Of course, we also have highballs, sours, and Shaoxing sake.
The main nigiri sushi consists of 9 pieces and half a roll. It comes with a salad and soup, or a salad with B-class gourmet Danbe soup, or a salad with mini ramen. By combining the regular and premium omakase nigiri, there are a total of 6 variations. The price starts at 1,650 yen.
This is one of our popular menu items, featuring vegetables such as Chinese cabbage, meat, and ham, served on top of soy sauce-based ramen with a thick sauce.
This is a standard tantanmen seasoned with salt, featuring vegetables like bean sprouts and meat.
Please be careful as it is truly super spicy. This dish comes with a warning. For customers who pursue spiciness, there are levels from 1 to 5. It features a spicy and sour soup topped with a sweet sauce. Level 1 and 2 are priced at 830 yen, level 3 at 880 yen, level 4 at 930 yen, and level 5 at 990 yen.
Sourced directly from Lake Hamana. The flesh is thick and has been prepared to be fluffy. The price for a full eel on a rice bowl is 4,080 yen for the 'Matsu' option and 2,550 yen for the half eel 'Ume' option. We also offer 'Hitsumabushi'. The photo shows the 'Matsu' option.
There are three sizes. Small glass (300ml) 460 yen, small mug (420ml) 660 yen, medium mug (500ml) 770 yen.
