A dish so delicious that just thinking about it makes your mouth water. It features a special sauce blended with 20 types of spices and seasonings.
Made with about 10 different ingredients, using a rich white broth that takes 6 hours to prepare. Since they are handmade from scratch, reservations must be made 3 days in advance. A minimum order of 10 pieces is required.
The definition of Mapo Tofu includes numbing (spiciness), hot (heat), crispy (texture), fragrant (aroma), fresh (freshness), tender (mouthfeel), and piping hot (temperature), all of which are carefully crafted by the chef in their Mapo Tofu.
