Both the exterior and the interior are neat, and both the counter and private rooms are comfortable. The first dish, a sake lees soup, gently seeps into the body and relaxes the mind. The sashimi served on a bowl filled with ice is visually refreshing, and its taste is crisp. Dishes like the delicately prepared shrimp dumplings appear one after another, making it enjoyable. The final dish, a rice porridge with sea bream, has a firm texture, and when the broth is poured over it, it turns a faint cherry blossom color, which is surprising. The flow of the final matcha jelly and tea is beautiful, and it brings a smile with the classic Japanese cuisine that evokes the seasons.
