The course will be paired with a 9-course meal using seasonal ingredients. You can enjoy the marriage with your meal. A 10% service charge will be added.

This special course features fresh fish delivered daily from Fukui Prefecture and other seasonal ingredients from the Hokuriku region. The chef will use his experience to prepare the most delicious ingredients of the moment, without being limited to Italian cuisine. The course ends with Fukagawa-meshi!
