Restaurant’s terms and conditions
We require up to 48 hours notice of cancellations or of any changes to a reservation. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £45 per person for any reservation changed or cancelled within this 48 hour notice period. The cancellation fee reflects the costs incurred by Blockley Café in terms of staffing, food and any lost revenue as a result of turning away other potential bookings. Any bookings which fail to turn up will incur a £45 per person charge.

Reservations are accepted for dinner service only Wednesday-Saturday 18:30-21:00. For tables of 13+ guests, please contact mail@blockleycafe.co.uk. Pre-orders may be requested for tables of 9+ guests. Please inform us of any allergy/dietary requirements at the time of booking. Wheelchair users are accommodated at ground floor tables. Well behaved dogs are welcomed in our ground floor dining room. 48 hours notice required for cancellations/amendments to a reservation, please see our policy.
