Local shochu loved in the area brewed by Kyo-ya Shuzo Co., Ltd. in Nichinan City, Miyazaki Prefecture, famous for its jar-bottle shochu 'Kama Shizuku'. It has a rich flavor and aroma inherited from the traditional large jar brewing method.
Named after the three steep mountains: Miyanoura-dake, Nagata-dake, and Kuromi-dake. Brewed with the famous water from the Yakushima primeval forest. A shochu with a gentle mouthfeel and a pleasant sweetness.
Kirishima City, Kagoshima Prefecture, Kirishima Town Distillery Co., Ltd. Named with the thought that 'Shochu begins with good soil. Good soil is found in a bright farm village.' A blend of black koji and white koji raw spirits, pursuing richness and sharpness. Koji: White & Black
Kagoshima Prefecture Satsuma District Komaki Brewing Company uses geothermal energy for traditional clay pot brewing. The aroma is gentle yet has a robust body, with a complex and rich fragrance, a classic shochu. Koji: Black
