The desserts are low in sugar, allowing for a natural sweetness that feels light. The Basque cheesecake with two layers of bitter and milky chocolate is enjoyable with its textural differences, and it pairs perfectly with strawberry sauce and grapes. The seasonal new creations are also appealing, with the smooth purple sweet potato cheesecake complemented by crispy chips as a nice accent. The charcoal latte is visually beautiful, refreshing, and easy to drink.
