4.1

This hidden gem located in a residential area has a wonderful aroma of bonito that wafts through as you enter. The number of seats is modest, but the space is clean and has a subtly cute cat motif. The miso-nikomi udon features a rich soup made from a blend of Hachio and Saikyo, filled with plenty of ingredients. The flat noodles cling well, making it easy to eat. The rice topped with freshly shaved bonito is simple yet satisfying when paired with salt or soy sauce. It includes ingredients like wheat gluten, fried tofu, green onions, chicken, pork, and scallops, bringing happiness with every bite.

Initially, there is a detailed explanation of the dishes. The miso-nikomi udon has a rich aroma, and you can clearly feel its creaminess and depth. The noodles are firm and hold the soup well, making it easy to eat. There are plenty of ingredients such as chicken, pork, scallops, wheat gluten, green onions, and fried tofu, and you can enjoy freshly shaved bonito flakes with salt or soy sauce for added flavor.
