When you enter the restaurant, you are welcomed with a warm smile, which is comforting. There are no paper menus here; instead, seasonal dishes are served one after another based on the chef's selection. The exchanges with the owner, like 'How about sashimi?' and 'Shall we have some simmered dishes?' are enjoyable and exciting. The focus is on seafood from Sanriku, and I particularly liked the donko (a type of fish) tataki and the seaweed vinegar dish. The freshly fried tempura and the salmon roe wrapped in seaweed with a touch of salt are simple yet unforgettable flavors. Each dish has warmth, making it a wonderful place where you can enjoy both conversation and food.

There is no paper menu, and they serve a chef's choice style based on the ingredients of the day. The staff warmly welcomes you, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. The focus is on the seafood from Sanriku, all of which is fresh and flavorful. I was particularly impressed by the seared monkfish and the seaweed salad. The simmered dishes, tempura, and rolled omelet were all crafted with care, and I couldn't stop eating. It's enjoyable to have recommendations while chatting, and I ended up staying longer than planned.
