4.1

The Japanese restaurant within the hotel has a calm atmosphere that is pleasant. The seating is spacious, and there are semi-private areas with partitions where you can relax. You can see the trees of the highlands outside the window, allowing you to enjoy your meal while feeling connected to nature. The Japanese cuisine is served in a set style, and it's fun to have a small pot with a burner. The dishes, including Maezawa beef, sashimi, tempura, and chawanmushi, are all prepared with care and are satisfying in flavor. In the morning, there is also a mini buffet with salad, yogurt, and porridge, allowing you to enjoy authentic Japanese food even during your stay.
