This is a warm pork hock that has been dedicated to Dodram Han Don for 30 years. The spicy sauce is a unique recipe that we have created ourselves, which is not available in stores. It does not contain bones, and the meat and skin of the mini hocks are cut into bite-sized pieces and stir-fried together (served with shrimp sauce, ssamjang, bean sprout soup, radish strips, and a vegetable set).

The spicy pork hock is stir-fried with boneless meat and mini hocks cut into bite-sized pieces. There are no bones included. The regular pork hock includes mini hocks and one serving of boneless meat (served with shrimp sauce, ssamjang, bean sprout soup, radish strips, and a vegetable set).

This is a sauce that we made ourselves, and it can be deliciously mixed with rice (I also enjoy mixing it well after eating the noodles).

This is a limited edition spicy pork trotters vacuum-packed in 600 grams. The flavor is at level 2, and it's best to heat it in the microwave for about 1 to 3 minutes (it's great if you let it cool a bit before eating). If you stir-fry it in a frying pan on low heat, it will taste much better than in the microwave! It's fully cooked, so you can eat it with peace of mind. Since it's vacuum-packed, it's recommended to consume it within a week if stored in the refrigerator (for reference, mixing it with rice is highly recommended).
