This is an izakaya centered around chicken dishes, located a short walk from Hashimoto Station. The variety of cooking methods is rich, and the yakitori is served hot and can be enjoyed for its savory flavor. The fried chicken and tempura made with seasonal ingredients are light and make you want to keep eating. The chicken skin with ponzu sauce, fried sweetfish, and chicken rice porridge have a gentle taste that pairs well with alcohol. In addition to counter seats, tables, and tatami rooms, there are also seats on the second floor, making it a comfortable place for families to spend time. The staff is attentive, providing thoughtful touches like side plates and wet towels, and I was satisfied with the delicious ramen.
