When you enter the shop, the explanations are thorough, allowing you to order with peace of mind. Inside the store, there are table seats and tatami seating. The hot udon mixed with soy sauce, egg, and bonito flakes, known as 'zuridashi', has a wonderful aroma that is irresistible. The texture of the green onions and tenkasu (tempura scraps) is enjoyable, and the handmade yuzu pepper spreads gently. The noodles are slightly thinner than those from Musashino, and while they are a bit softer when boiled, they pair perfectly with the broth and ingredients. The oysters coated in batter are crispy on the outside and rare on the inside, releasing a burst of flavor, while the aromas of green onions, seaweed, and watercress are enhanced.
