This is a shop where you can spend time calmly in a quiet atmosphere by the riverside. The warm sake, heated over a shichirin, has a gentle aroma that makes you want to keep drinking. The heart (hatsu) is moist and full of flavor, while the gizzard (sunagimo) has a pleasant crunch. The freshly fried kushi katsu has a light batter that pairs perfectly with the accompanying vegetables. The tonkatsu we had at the end was satisfying, with juicy meat enclosed in a fluffy coating. We also enjoyed seasonal small dishes, allowing us to quietly drink while savoring delicious skewers and katsu.
