This soba restaurant, located in a residential area, has a nostalgic atmosphere and a clean interior. The noodles are well-chilled with no excess water, thin, and easy to eat. The dipping sauce is slightly sweet and delicious enough to drink on its own. There are various cold menu options available, including chilled meat miso and grated daikon. You can combine soba with a mini rice bowl, and the bowl topped with thick-cut pork cutlet is very satisfying. The flavor is rich with a well-infused broth, making the rice go down easily, and adding a little chili powder enhances it even more.
