The drip coffee has a wonderful aroma and just the right amount of astringency. The chocolate brownie has a wonderful nutty aroma and rich chocolate flavor. The rice balls in the lunch set are soft and fluffy, allowing you to enjoy the sweetness of the rice and the ingredients. The pork shabu is warm and refreshing with ponzu (Japanese citrus juice) and shiso leaves. The prosciutto ham salad has a nice crunchy texture of prosciutto ham and vegetables. Highly recommended.
