The interior is clean and comfortable. There are counter seats, making it easy to enter alone, and the private rooms on the upper floor are relaxing. The bonito sashimi is cut thick, and when you add condiments and eat it with salt, the umami stands out. There is no unpleasant smell, and the freshness comes through, with a firm texture that is satisfying. The fried eel goes well with lemon and salt, is mild, and easy to eat. The appetizers are also delicious, and snacks like pickled shallots, scallops, and corn tempura pair perfectly with drinks.

I casually walked in and found the interior to be clean and calm, making it very comfortable. There are counter seats where you can enjoy your meal slowly. The first dish served was carefully prepared, and all three types of assorted items were delicious. The signature bonito sashimi was cut thickly, beautifully colored, and when topped with condiments and eaten with salt, the aroma was enhanced. The fried eel was well complemented by lemon and salt, making it light and easy to eat. The fried pickled onions, scallops, and corn were also flavorful, making me want to drink more sake.
