The shelves are lined with bottles of shochu, and it's fun to compare the brands from Kagoshima. The focus is on sweet potato shochu, organized by region, and just looking at them is exciting. When I express my preferences, they suggest new and rare brands, leading to continuous discoveries of flavors. When mixed with soft water, the aroma gently spreads, bringing happiness. I can also enjoy island shochu and sparkling shochu, making the tasting experience very interesting. The interior is stylish and has a great atmosphere, with many young people, allowing for a lively time.
