You can also enjoy konnyaku and eggs as part of the set, and the slightly sweet miso lingers on the palate. The kushikatsu has a crispy batter, and the sauce served in a stainless steel container along with a side of cabbage is delightful. There are many varieties, including pork fillet skewers, quail eggs, sausages, and shiitake mushrooms, and they pair even better with the sauce.
