The tanmen, which is filled with plenty of vegetables, was light and never got boring until the end. It also contained thin slices of meat that were not greasy, making it easy to eat. The fried rice had well-separated grains, and the balance of ham, egg, and green onions was good. The Sichuan-style dry pot potatoes had a gradually spreading aroma and numbing sensation from the Sichuan pepper, which was enjoyable. The cold tofu salad had a crisp texture, and the fragrance of green onions combined with the refreshing taste of cucumber was pleasant. The staff's service was also polite, allowing for a pleasant dining experience.
