This shop is located just underground from Fushimi Station and has a calm atmosphere. There are counters, tables, and tatami seating, allowing for a leisurely time. There is a good variety of both nigiri and chirashi, and the rice is slightly firm and easy to eat. The squid, scallops, akagai (red clam), kohada (gizzard shad), and tuna are all fresh and delicious. The red miso soup and pickles are also well-prepared, and I particularly enjoyed the soft texture of the anago (conger eel). There are several types of sake available, making it enjoyable to pair with sashimi and snacks.
