The shop, like a hidden retreat beyond the mountain path, has a refreshing atmosphere of nature. When you open the door, you are greeted by the cowboy-clad owner and an interior that looks like a movie set, making you feel as if you've stepped into a Western film. The T-bone steak, served with a savory sizzle, is a luxurious treat that allows you to enjoy both the tenderloin and sirloin at once, separated by the bone. The tenderloin is soft, while the sirloin conveys the rich flavor of the meat, allowing you to experience both wildness and delicacy simultaneously. The chili beans served as a side dish have just the right amount of spiciness and pair excellently with the meat. After the meal, taking a break with a large cup of coffee that is served wraps up a delightful dining experience that could spark conversations about your travels.
