Sakai's representative sweets Kanbukuro is a store in Sakai famous for its walnut rice cakes! I still remember that my mother loved their walnut rice cakes and used to buy them in a jar. I haven't had a chance to go to Sakai for a long time. I was thinking, "I want to eat it for my birthday! And then, I got one for my birthday! Thank you very much! The rice cake is the size of a white dumpling! The rice cake is the size of a white bean dumpling! Not too soft, just the right amount of firmness. The sweetness is more gentle than that of red bean paste, making it very tasty! No wonder it has been popular for so many years! They also have ice walnuts at the store! This time of year, I really want to try it! I want to try it in a store someday! Of course, I'm also making use of the Tupperware it came in! There's no waste... Bon appétit, Samantha~♪♪
