It is close to Hirabari Station, making it easily accessible, and the interior has a calm atmosphere with a warm wooden feel. The space is small, with a counter and tables arranged, creating a comfortable environment. You can freely help yourself to water, oolong tea, and green tea. The hamburger has a fragrant surface while being soft and juicy on the inside, with a strong meat flavor. The special sauce is refreshing yet has depth, making it a great accompaniment to rice, and the demi-glace is mild with a subtle bitterness. The basic serving is 150g, with options for larger portions, and the salad and hearty miso soup are delicious. The service was pleasant, and I was very satisfied.
