I enjoyed a relaxing café time in the calm atmosphere of Naruko Onsen town. The signature dessert, hard pudding, has a firm texture, and when topped with the accompanying cream, it enhances the richness and provides a delightful taste. The lemonade soda I ordered alongside it had sweetly pickled lemons, making it refreshing until the very last sip. The lunch plate featured juicy roast pork from Datezakura pigs, with no unpleasant odor, allowing the natural flavors of the ingredients to shine through. It was served with homemade quiche, rice flour focaccia, and a colorful salad, making it enjoyable without getting bored. The unique experience of freely decorating a kokeshi-shaped monaka was also very satisfying for a dessert lover like me.
