In a place surrounded by greenery, you can relax while gazing at a prominent waterwheel. The building retains the charm of an old house, with thick beams visible, giving it a very rich character. The curry I had for lunch was layered with the aroma of mushrooms and Hatcho miso, and the flavor of the meat was well conveyed. When paired with a runny fried egg, the texture becomes creamy and brings happiness. The house-roasted coffee is rich in aroma and can be enjoyed without anything added. There is also a sweet made with sugar boiled down from the nectar of coconut flowers, and the desserts of shiratama and agar have a gentle aftertaste.
