4.1

The focus is on natural fugu dishes, and each one provides a sense of satisfaction. The aged sashimi is rich in flavor, with just the right amount of elasticity, making it the best. The hot pot has a great broth, and the meat is plump, bringing happiness. You can also enjoy fried dishes and shabu-shabu, allowing for various ways to savor the food. The final rice dish is particularly impressive, and even the aftertaste is delicious. Together with fragrant sake, I was able to relax in a calm private room.
