When I entered the restaurant during the day, I felt the popularity as almost all the seats were filled even at an early hour. The bright staff guided us quickly, so I didn't mind the waiting time. The aged soy sauce meat soba had a rich soup and thin noodles that were exquisite, and the flavor of the pork belly lingered until the end. The cold noodles topped with shredded seaweed and thinly sliced cucumber had a refreshing taste, making it perfect for hot days. The menu is extensive, with options like teppan fried rice and limited-time shrimp mixed soba, so I always find myself hesitating over what to choose. Among chain restaurants, it offers consistent deliciousness and a comfortable atmosphere, making it a place I naturally gravitate towards.
