Horse sashimi is refreshing and has little aftertaste, making it enjoyable even for first-timers. Even if you're unsure about what to choose, the staff will guide you clearly, so you can feel at ease. The lean meat has no unpleasant smell, offers a pleasant texture, and provides a sense of satisfaction. The braised horse tendons are rich and the umami that spreads in your mouth is irresistible. The ham cutlet is crispy, and the flavor inside is robust, making it my favorite. There are also rare meats like crocodile, kangaroo, ostrich, and frog, which add a bit of excitement to the family dining table.
