The traditional farmhouse-style exterior catches the eye, and from the moment I opened the door, I felt a sense of excitement. Inside, the compact arrangement of the counter and tables creates a lively and pleasant atmosphere. The local octopus sashimi has an excellent crunch from the flesh and suckers, and with each bite, the scent of the sea spreads. The sashimi of the rockfish and the homemade yuzu miso tofu are also fresh, conveying the quality of the ingredients directly. When paired with the hot local sake, the flavors of the dishes expanded even further. Conversations with the quiet yet kind staff were enjoyable, and the comfortable ambiance made me linger longer than I intended.
