Upon entering the restaurant, a calm space with a black theme unfolds, and the seating is spacious and comfortable. During lunch, there is only one daily special, and there is a sense of excitement as you wait for the food to arrive. On this day, the main dish was crab cream croquettes, which had a smooth texture and were very delicious. The sashimi appeared to be fresh, with translucent flesh that released umami with each bite. The clear soup had a strong fish broth, providing a deep flavor that seeped into the body. Even the small side dishes and pickles were carefully prepared, allowing for a casual enjoyment of a satisfaction akin to that of a kaiseki meal.
