The kaiseki dishes that utilize seasonal ingredients were all delicious, and I was excited from the corn tofu. The sashimi was fresh, and the fragrant scallop soup had a gentle umami flavor. The dish featuring kinmedai was exceptional, with a taste that brought a smile to my face. The hassun, filled with mountain vegetables, allowed me to feel the blessings of the land, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship. The braised beef cheek and the fried shrimp each brought out their own unique qualities, and I couldn't put my chopsticks down. The flow from the final dish of rice cooked with local chicken to the apple dessert was smooth, leaving a pleasant sense of satisfaction.
