Entering this shop quietly located on the first floor of the apartment building, the scent of wood calms me down. Just by looking at the menu lined up on the wall board, I had a fun time deciding what to order. The sashimi platter that arrived first had translucent fish that sparkled, and the freshness was evident at a glance. The crunchy texture of the octopus and the soft sweetness of the shellfish were particularly impressive. The simmered fish and fried dishes that I tasted next were also infused with rich flavors, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The staff were friendly and approachable, allowing me to relax and enjoy my meal until the end.

In a hidden Japanese restaurant located on the first floor of an apartment building, the moment you open the door, the pleasant scent of wood greets you. The recommended dishes listed on the blackboard are all enticing, making the selection process exciting. The seasonal sashimi plate has a firm texture, and the flavors of the sea and sweetness spread throughout your mouth. The simmered fish, cooked to perfection, is infused with broth, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The lightly fried small fish and the colorful small side dishes are also carefully prepared, allowing you to feel the chef's dedication in each plate. Coupled with the warm greetings from the staff, I was filled with a happy feeling after the meal.
