You can see the craftsman's careful handiwork from the counter, which is exciting. For lunch, there are nigiri and seafood bowls, and there is also a set that allows you to enjoy three different bowls, making it quite fulfilling. The seasonal ingredients are firm and fresh, and they pair perfectly with wasabi soy sauce. The flavors of the tuna and flounder are distinct, and the salmon roe adds a nice accent. The rolled sushi and tamagoyaki are also impressive, and I was able to enjoy red miso soup, chawanmushi, and even dessert. The owner, who looks tough, is actually friendly when you talk to him, and the takeout option is convenient.
