The casual atmosphere of the food stall style is very calming. The highball and the strong ginger ale I had at first lifted my spirits. The miso-grilled pork, with its savory miso flavor, has a nostalgic taste that makes you crave rice. I was delighted to enjoy a variety of small dishes, such as fluffy dashi omelet and chicken breast skewers with wasabi. The crispness of the fresh vegetables and the umami of the natural eel were also impressive, and I couldn't stop eating. The close proximity to other customers naturally led to conversations, making the night of the hot spring trip even more enjoyable.
