The kamameshi is freshly cooked, and the moment you open the lid, steam and aroma rise up. The umami of the ingredients permeates the rice, and it's enjoyable to notice the texture becoming firmer as you eat. While waiting, you can snack on chicken wings, daikon salad, and grilled eggplant, all of which are satisfying in flavor. The interior has a modern touch to its traditional Japanese atmosphere, with gentle music playing, making it a comfortable place to be. The Japanese sweets after the meal have a distinct matcha and red bean flavor, making them perfect for a finale. The staff is friendly, and it's also nice that there is a daily lunch special.
